Applications are invited in the prescribed format as enclosed (on a good quality A-4 size paper (80 GSM) using one side only) from eligible Indian Nationals for the following posts. Applications complete in all

Lab Asstt.-III : 2 Posts
Matriculation with Science plus Diploma/Certificate in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT) or 10+2 with Science. DMLT subject to fulfillment of the underlying conditions (i) The course has been done from an institution which is recognized by a University or Technical Board of Govt./ State Govt./Central Govt. authority (ii) The duration of the course is at least one year. (iii) During the course the candidate should have done the training on full time basis.
(iv) At the end of course, there should be a system of examination which has been
successfully passed by the candidate
